Determine a way to make the various divisions (based in different parts of the world) work together in a cohesive manner rather than individual silos. Develop the strategy to transform the business and make it a global leader
We determined that the first objective would be to change the mind-set of the employees. This had to be done in parallel with developing a new strategy rather than wait till after the strategy was set. Their motivation level had to be increased, they needed to have more confidence in themselves, believe in themselves more, develop a much more global, multicultural outlook and show more leadership. We developed a customized, comprehensive leadership development program that was implemented with immense success. The new strategy is currently being developed. This will deal with the business as one integrated entity rather than a collection of regional organizations. The new strategy has the potential of helping the business make a quantum leap forward.
Work is ongoing with this client. Our goal is to turn them into a leader that revolutionizes the industry. The vision is to make them be in the forefront of leading change rather than wait for disruptive change to happen to them.
