The Assignment:

The client was in the midst of building a huge manufacturing plant. However, the plant was going to be started up in the midst of the largest recession since the Great Depression. There was considerable anxiety surrounding the project. There was an urgent need to develop a comprehensive global sales and marketing strategy and implement it with vigor.

Results:

Working with the client, DestinHaus successfully developed an innovative strategy that would lead to new ways of developing and managing relationships, systematically targeting markets and customers, thinking beyond old boundaries based on history. The manufacturing plant was started up in the midst of the global recession. However, the production was sold out very quickly. The client and their partners were so pleased with the profitability of the business that they started planning a rapid expansion of capacity.
